I do think we need to be careful in regard to acting for change. We need to consider our impact and the potential consequences of our choices. Flexibility is definitely a must.
Adaptive leadership is a trending topic in education today and is something that I think might help me bring change to our field. Iʻm considering taking the FREE on-line class linked below titled "Adaptive Leadership: Mobilizing for Change and Disrupting the Status Quo" and is presented by the ACA on +Acumen.
